PACE Performance Awards
Your PACE score is your “Performance” score measured against all other operators in the company that perform the same tasks you do. Generally speaking, your PACE score represents the percentage you perform above the average operator. You are then paid out a bonus equivalent to your PACE score in a dollar amount!

- Team Building will have a monthly event that all are welcome to participate in.

Our Charity Snack Bar Raised $180 for Gather NH!
Gather NH is a food pantry in Portsmouth, NH, which distributes food to people who do not have enough to eat in the seacoast area & offer innovative programs that build food security.
