Housekeeping

PACE Performance Awards
Your PACE score is your “Performance” score measured against all other operators in the company that perform the same tasks you do. Generally speaking, your PACE score represents the percentage you perform above the average operator. You are then paid out a bonus equivalent to your PACE score in a dollar amount!

I started on envelope prep almost two years ago, but I’ve been working as Night Lead for the past 11 months! I keep prep & scan running overnight, make sure the right projects are prioritized, and help my team to be successful.
Outside of work, I write cool podcasts. I promise.
