Good News!
- Approved moving forward with an Employee Stock Ownership Plan transition for the company!
- First project 100% in PACE5
- First PACE5 client up and running
- 4 million envelopes per month (NOBODY BOO!)
Company Goals:
- Transition the company to an ESOP in 2023
- Catch up on envelopes
- Get PACE5 and everything ready for winter project by October
- Hit a BIG revenue number – $743k in September
- Try to keep our costs down! (Minimal overtime and temps once we catch up with envelopes.) Try to get operations labor below 40% of revenue overall.
