Good News!
- Night Lead Hired! Welcome Brian!
- New PACE client kicked off very positively
- Approval from PO to get unique zip code – no more mixing of mail!
- Autoparts guys have moved out & it is wired for internet- will take over their space
- Receiving $10k credit for September – will be able to use to update warehouse space (ramps, belts, etc.)
- Over 1000 network vulnerabilities removed from our list – Go IT Team!
- Got contract update from client and we are ready to go!
- Main invoice processing client recommended us to their sister company which could increase to 100,000 invoices per month!
- Strong candidate for shipping/receiving person
- First step of SQL database optimization happened this week – will help make PACE work more quickly for you!
- 10 PACE leads generated in the last week
- Visit to envelopes client went great & they’re interested in PACE5 and MW
- We released a new version of PACE this week!
- Closed 1st BIG state contract win in MA
- The Social Gaming industry is growing
- Old PACE client had their first RE-kickoff meeting today and they liked it!
Company Goals By Manager:
Mo (HR): Hiring scan operators and mailroom
Dave (IT): Getting automated tasks working for Courtney, working with our dba to improve PACE speed and helping get PACE reports accurate, attractive and delivered.
Angie (PACE): Finishing the Implementation Workflow Roadmap V1, getting client on track as a happy customer, Identifying gaps in our PACE reporting suite and the “standard package of reports”
Will (Sales & Marketing): Creating a marketing forecast projection for increasing digital mailroom investment, creating PACE webinars with Katie, creating a customer price increase strategy and rolling it out with Abbey.
Mandy (Operations): Working out Chicago pick up details, creating a 2025 org chart, and one for RF at $12M and $15M in revenue to identify pain points as we grow, reviewing and updating RF production job descriptions.
Bill (CEO): Working with Lee on Post Office zip code project to finalize determination, changing banks to our lender, selecting a CPA for RF tax accounting, onboarding Bridgecom customers to Recordsforce. Helping with Chicago pick up?
Housekeeping:
- If you run the opening machines, please use the 30 gallon trash bags for the bin that catches the paper confetti. These can be found on the ground in the break room between the silver fridge and the sink.
- Please be sure you are using the Supply Request, Snack Bar Request, and Charity Donation forms appropriately. If you don’t know which form should be used to request or suggest something, please ask!
- Check out the fridges and lost and found. Throw anything of yours away from the fridge if it’s old please!

Charity Snack Bar
We raised $211.41 from the charity snack bar! Recordsforce matched it and we donated $422.82 to Save The Children – Whose “pioneering programs address children’s unique needs, giving them a healthy start in life, the opportunity to learn and protection from harm.”
