- It’s not one person’s job to make sure supplies are reordered, it’s everyone’s! If you notice we are out of something, please put in a supply request. LINKED HERE!
PACE Performance Awards
Your PACE score is your “Performance” score measured against all other operators in the company that perform the same tasks you do. Generally speaking, your PACE score represents the percentage you perform above the average operator. You are then paid out a bonus equivalent to your PACE score in a dollar amount!

This quarter, Recordsforce raised and donated $502.32 through our in-office charity snack bar to Seacoast Outright. Seacoast Outright serves, supports and advocates for LGBTQ+ youth in the Seacoast area and beyond.
